COVID-19 patient loses sense of taste, starts liking CNN

 

Like so many people who have come down with COVID-19, Mary Watson lost her sense of taste. She can't enjoy the taste of her morning coffee, or the deliciousness of any food. And now, sadly, doctors at Greater Phoenix General Hospital are reporting that her condition is deteriorating. For the last 3 days, her sense of taste is getting worse. Mary has actually taken a liking to CNN. She enjoys the left-wing propaganda. In fact, she can't wait for Don Lemon to spew his nightly race-baiting, anti-Republican nonsense. She enjoys it and now actually believes that America is systemically racist and that Republicans must be eradicated from the earth.

 

Doctors have tried to forcefeed her a regimen of FOX News and OANN, but all she can do is cover her ears and yell "I'm not listening to this fake news!!!" Eventually her doctors just give up and change the channel. There is growing concern that her loss of taste could be long-lasting. Friends and family fear that she may vote Democrat in the critical 2022 mid-term elections. Let's hope that she recovers soon.
