Southern men file copyright lawsuit against Western man, Neil Young

Grumpy old Western man, Neil Young (D) didn’t like it when Eastern man, President Trump played his Western songs. Well, now the men of the South are tired of the haggard Young referring to them in his song “Southern Man” without their permission. The lawsuit follows an open letter that the Southern men had sent to Young, telling him that they don't need him around anyhow...

“We did notice that you played 'Southern Man' at your Eastern concert at Carnegie Hall despite our previous requests. We suggest you listen to Lee Greenwood’s direction-neutral song “God Bless the USA”, as we believe it would be interesting education for you in advance of your next concert.”

Midwestern men are also preparing a copyright lawsuit against Young over his use of the word 'Ohio' while Young was a member of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Ohio is a solid Republican state and the people of Ohio do not want to be associated with Western politics. Stephen Stills is a South-Eastern man, Steve Nash is a Western man, and Bing Crosby was a Western man who died in 1977.

The youth of America are also preparing a lawsuit against Young, demanding that he change his last name on the basis that Neil is not young, but rather very old, and his grumpy nature disparages young people.
