Russian genocide is more of a threat to humanity than American energy independence

 

In the wake of Russia’s war on Ukraine, it has been claimed by right-wing pundits and climate deniers that Joe Biden should end his war on American energy independence -- That drilling on Federal lands should resume, and that the Keystone XL pipeline project should be restarted in order to stop funding the Russian war machine.

 

 

Our dear leader Joe Biden (D) recognizes that American energy independence will end all humanity. We must continue to buy our oil from Russia instead. The war on American oil must continue at all cost, even if we have to pay upwards of $20 a gallon for gas, even if it leads to hyperinflation, and the complete annihilation of the US economy and the US Dollar. Even if Ukraine gets reduced to ashes and every last citizen is either vaporized or forced to relocate to Poland, and even if the war in Ukraine leads to nuclear holocaust, we must all endure a little bit of pain for the greater good of saving the planet. The debate is over and the science is settled.
